About the service

NFT Zone is an independently operated NFT information website. It provides a mint calendar, collection details and account tools for organizing drops and contributing information. NFT Zone is not a marketplace, a custodial service or an investment adviser. It does not hold your funds or NFTs or conduct transactions on your behalf.

These terms apply to your use of NFT Zone and its account and community features. The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the service.

Using NFT Zone

By using NFT Zone, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so and able to agree to the conditions that apply to you. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

You are responsible for complying with laws and any third-party requirements relevant to your activity. Access to NFT Zone does not override restrictions imposed by a blockchain network, project, mint platform or authorization provider.

Features can change, be temporarily unavailable or remain in development. A Coming soon label or roadmap item is not a promise of a particular release date, entitlement or reward.

Accounts and responsibility

Some features require an account authenticated through Google or Discord. Keep your connected provider accounts secure and use only identities you are entitled to control. X linking confirms an additional identity; it is not currently an independent sign-in method.

Use your account responsibly and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or project, share access to bypass limits, or try to obtain a role you have not been granted.

Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use or an incorrect identity connection. Never send a password, wallet seed phrase, private key or session token in a support request.

User contributions

Community submissions must be relevant to NFT drops and based on information you reasonably believe is accurate. Provide reliable project links and correct known errors. You must have the right to submit descriptions, images and other material you provide.

By submitting project information for publication, you allow NFT Zone to store, review, format, correct and display that information as needed to operate the calendar, including through its public project views and APIs. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material.

Submissions can be approved, corrected or rejected. Approval means an entry has passed the service's moderation process; it does not certify legal compliance, project authenticity, investment value or contract safety.

Private Watchlist notes are for your own organization. Do not use submissions or notes to store secrets, unlawfully disclose another person's information or distribute harmful content. You remain responsible for any copy or export you share.

Acceptable use

Use NFT Zone in a way that respects other users, third-party rights and the operation of the service. Do not:

• Submit spam, deceptive project information, malicious links or material intended to defraud users.
• Manipulate reaction counts, submissions or check-in activity using coordinated accounts, automation or false identities.
• Harass others, impersonate a project, or publish private information without appropriate permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with infrastructure or bypass permissions and rate limits.
• Send excessive automated requests or use the service to distribute malware, phishing pages or unlawful material.
• Infringe copyright, trademark or other rights in material you submit or reuse.

Report suspected misuse or a security issue to [email protected] with enough detail to investigate safely. Avoid publicly disclosing information that would enable access to another user's account.

Drop information and accuracy

Dates, stages, prices, supply, minted counts and statuses depend on saved information from external sources and community contributions. They may be incomplete, outdated, delayed or incorrect. A countdown, free-mint filter or status badge does not guarantee that a mint is available or that you are eligible.

Confirm material details through a project's official channels and contract before acting. A listing, reaction count, Favorite count, moderation decision or external link is not an endorsement or security review by NFT Zone.

We may correct or remove entries when new information becomes available. Saving a project does not ensure that the listing will remain available forever or generate an automatic notification.

Third-party services and contracts

Links can lead to mint sites, marketplaces, allowlist checkers, social channels and other external services. Those services and any wallets you use have their own terms, privacy practices and security risks. NFT Zone does not control their content, continued availability, wallet requests or smart contracts.

A copied contract address or project link is provided for reference. Verify the destination, network and contract independently. NFT Zone does not hold your funds or execute a mint for you through the current calendar interface.

NFT and blockchain risks

NFT and blockchain activity can involve loss of funds, volatile prices, illiquid assets, transaction fees, irreversible transfers, malicious approvals, contract defects and fraudulent projects. A free mint can still incur network fees or expose you to unsafe wallet permissions.

NFT Zone does not guarantee an NFT allocation, distribution of NFTs or access to an allowlist. Understanding a stage label or viewing a checker does not establish eligibility. Transactions may fail or complete differently from what you expect, and ownership of an NFT does not automatically confer intellectual-property rights in associated media.

Access restrictions

NFT Zone may restrict features, reject or remove submissions, or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, inaccurate content or a violation of these terms. Access also depends on assigned roles and a valid active session.

If you believe a restriction or moderation decision is mistaken, contact [email protected] and explain the issue. Review of a request does not guarantee that access or a listing will be restored.

Restrictions should be applied with regard to applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

NFT Zone's name, interface, original documentation and other original site material remain subject to their owners' rights. You may use the service and share links to its pages for their intended purposes, but that does not grant ownership of the site's branding or permission to misrepresent affiliation.

Project names, artwork, logos and descriptions can belong to third parties. Their appearance in a calendar entry does not transfer rights to NFT Zone or to you. Respect the rights and licenses applicable to material you copy or use.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a useful service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete data or error-free operation. Service availability can depend on hosting, authorization providers, data sources and other systems. Keep your own copy of information that is important to you.

NFT Zone does not guarantee that its information will suit your needs or that a listed third-party project will be safe or perform as described. These statements are subject to any guarantees and obligations that apply under mandatory law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Protections that apply to you under mandatory law remain in effect.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The Last updated date identifies the latest revision. Review the terms when using a new feature; any additional conditions should be presented when they become relevant. Changes remain subject to applicable legal requirements.
